Here's the hollow version of the Le Pochoir based on the numerals shown on
Plate 40 of 'La Lettre dans la Peinture et la Publicite' by Jean Joveneaux.
There were suggestions here to do the as published numerals, possibly as
alternates. I did just that and then applied my interpretation of the style
to the letters.

There is an alternate character for 4 at 0xE000 and also for 5 at 0xE001.
These two alternates are the characters as shown on the plate. You can use
the I and O if you prefer the as published characters for 1 and 0,
respectvely.

Why the font name? I decided to go all out French on this one. I went to
Google translator, typed 'stencil hollow', told it to give me a French
translation, and it returned 'pochoir creux'. Sounds nice. :)
